Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order for refund or website credit. Returns received after this date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned item must include all original packing materials, tags and paperwork and be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Special orders, sale items or items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange. If the item is the wrong size or length, we are usually able to adjust it to meet your needs.
